Did you know that you can use a meal swipe for a meal to go? Bradley Dining offers a sustainable Green2Go program using a reusable container that provides convenience and flexibility to enjoy your buffet style meal to go. Join in the reusable Green2Go container program at Geisert Dining Hall!
How it Works
- Visit a cashier at Geisert Dining Hall to purchase your Green2Go reusable container, for a one time fee of $6. Use any form of payment to purchase the container – includes Dining Dollars, BU Bucks or Quick Cash. The $6 fee is a deposit and will be returned upon final return of container.
- Use your reusable to go container with your meal swipe at Williams or Geisert dining hall.
- Fill up your reusable container and take your food to go. (Meals taken to-go cannot be eaten inside the dining hall)
- Bring back your unwashed container to any participating location for your choice of two options.
-Dine again with a meal swipe and enjoy another meal to go with a clean reusable container.
-Return the container and receive a token to redeem a clean reusable container for your next visit.
- Repeat!
- When you are done participating in the Green2Go program take your token to the cashier’s window located in Swords Hall to receive your deposit credit.
Not in a hurry? Consider taking your food “to go” instead to help reduce waste and continue sustainable efforts on-campus.
